Rob Wainwright
Rob re-joined the business in 2020 having worked with Martin previously and brings over 17 years’ experience in the industry having provided solutions and support for a variety of businesses and the education sector.
Rob provides valuable insight and expertise with installation support for our partner integrators and alongside Martin and Steve, is passionate about developing the combined opportunities within the CCTV retail security industry and business analytics.
Martin Meakins
Martin founded Video Analysis Solutions Ltd in 2011, after identifying the potential impact that security analytic technology could have on the retail market.
With over 25 years of experience in consulting for and providing IT based solutions to SMB’s and international companies, Martin is dedicated to developing the latest technology for retailers and offering innovative systems at an affordable price
Steve Dawes
Steve joined us as our Retail Business Development Manager in 2021 and brings with him over 30 years of front-line retail experience with Next PLC.
Providing a true insight into the challenges facing retailers, Steve’s knowledge enables us to develop systems which are specifically designed with our customers’ needs at heart and enhance our existing systems to make them compatible with an ever-changing retail climate.
Richard Tipple
Rich joined in 2022 as our Enterprise Change Manager and brings with him over 25 years experience in delivering Business and IT change in the Retail Banking sector.
In the ever changing and fast paced world of technological innovation, Rich ensures we have the capability, policies and frameworks in place to respond quickly with the right balance of agility and control.
Joanne Geary
Joanne joined the business as Operations Manager in May 2022 having previously worked in the global retail services sector within small to medium sized businesses for over 15 years.
Bringing a wealth of financial, management and operational experience, Jo is dedicated to supporting the business by maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the team, strategising process improvements and driving the business towards the next exciting chapter in its story.
Bailey Westbury
Bailey joined the team in 2023 after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Forensics & Security. Overseeing the management of our CCTV estate through our Helpdesk and 3rd party integrators.
Bailey ensures your systems are well maintained and kept fully operational. As we face new challenges, Baileys knowledge of Cyber Security adds additional skills and experience to the team to support our ongoing development and growth..
