Martin founded Video Analysis Solutions Ltd in 2011, after identifying the potential impact that security analytic technology could have on the retail market.

 

With over 25 years of experience in consulting for and providing IT based solutions to SMB’s and international companies, Martin is dedicated to developing the latest technology for retailers and offering innovative systems at an affordable price.

Steve joined us as our Retail Business Development Manager in 2021 and brings with him over 30 years of front-line retail experience with Next PLC.

 

Providing a true insight into the challenges facing retailers, Steve’s knowledge enables us to develop systems which are specifically designed with our customers’ needs at heart and enhance our existing systems to make them compatible with an ever-changing retail climate.

Rich joined in 2022 as our Enterprise Change Manager and brings with him over 25 years experience in delivering Business and IT change in the Retail Banking sector.

 

In the ever changing and fast paced world of technological innovation, Rich ensures we have the capability, policies and frameworks in place to respond quickly with the right balance of agility and control.

Joanne joined the business as Operations Manager in May 2022 having previously worked in the global retail services sector within small to medium sized businesses for over 15 years.

 

Bringing a wealth of financial, management and operational experience, Jo is dedicated to supporting the business by maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the team, strategizing process improvements and driving the business towards the next exciting chapter in its story.

Support Technician

Baxter joined the team in 2018 as Support Technician and is the first point of contact on the helpdesk to diagnose and solve technical queries to our sites remotely.

 

Baxter is an experienced Support Technician whose keen interest in new technology keeps us well placed to exploit it as it emerges.
